Complete Commercial Care - Each plan is customizable according to your property needs.  DGS is moving forward by going back to our roots.   Our services are a green approach to traditional SWEEPING, PORTER SERVICES and BULK TRASH REMOVAL.  Our full service plan includes parking lots, curb lines, sidewalks, landscape areas, community trash receptacles, rear of property and dumpster areas.  Combine multiple budget line items into one lower cost, higher quality service or utilize our one-time services at your convenience.

Landscape Maintenance - NEWLY ADDED!  Clients who utilize our Complete Commercial Care program, can take the hassle out of dealing with multiple vendors.  DGS brings expertise and experience in landscape as part of our package!  (Landscape plans are currently only offered to existing Complete Commercial Care Clients, and not as a separate service.)

Grounds Maintenance - Traffic signs, property signs, parking stops, bollards, under canopy and canopy light cleaning, landscape area repairs and installs, asphalt and concrete repairs, including hot and cold pot hole patch. These are common items, but we are not limited to these items. 

 

Structure Services - Pressure cleaning, painting, building repairs, sealing, canopy repairs, light fixture cleaning and other maintenance needs.
