DGS Founders
Donnie and Emma Lou Nowell founded DGS LLC (initially named “Donnie’s General Services”) in 1985 because of their community’s trust in their work ethic. Relocating from South Georgia in the 1950’s, in search of economic opportunities, Donnie and Lou were at the forefront of the commercial real estate boom Atlanta saw though the 90’s and continue to see now, through revitalization and sustainability efforts. DGS continues to be innovative in its charge as we move into an environment that requires cost effective approaches, while remaining eco-friendly, being timely in our client responsiveness, and creating higher standards for our employee experiences.
